These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "you") and tta777 ("tta777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tta777 website located at tta777.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full features of the tta777 Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) tta777 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your tta777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying tta777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Any communication purporting to be from tta777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. tta777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section.

All financial transactions on the tta777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tta777 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your tta777 account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tta777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of tta777;
• The withdrawal amount must not include funds subject to active wagering requirements;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• tta777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting tta777 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. tta777 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unauthorized chargeback.

tta777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, for which tta777 accepts no responsibility.

tta777 offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tta777 promotions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• tta777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tta777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tta777 staff or other members;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

All content on the tta777 Platform, including but not limited to the tta777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of tta777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tta777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from tta777;
• Use any tta777 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of tta777 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tta777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tta777 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, tta777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond tta777's reasonable control, including force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional details;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

In all cases where tta777's liability cannot be excluded by law, tta777's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tta777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your tta777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and tta777, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tta777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent tta777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
